When you got nothing to do in the office,as woman, why don't we sneaking awhile through web browser and read something good which something important to us. So today, it's about Folic Acid.
Does Folic Acid only for Pregnant woman?
Answer: No dear, its for all people. However, we will tend to listen to our medical doctors that they keep emphasizing that "please ensure to take your folic acid supplement for your baby's growth"
So, even us need it but what's good about it?
It's good to prevent anemia, heart problem and preventing cancer cell. Some people said "I haven't heard this kind of acid" but they forgot or might not knowing that it is actually another name of BVitamin. GAANG!!! (Now I know huh?)
So, okay okay..I will keep eating this up to max..hey! hey! wait!!!
is it really good eating it to max? hehehe...
Actually, none in this world, can be taken excessively. Everything must in control with discipline. Basically like me as adults which not pregnant, about 1000µg per day. To get this, i can eat many healthy foods and fruits such as wheat germs, strawberry (wuu..yummy!), egg yolk, asparagus.
So, it means I can eat my favourite foods more like Egg Tart, Bread, Cereal, Strawberry Jam..hihi..but please, adequately..not much.. all these mentioned seems having lots of carb, sugar, cholestrol while most of the time in the office, I only sitting on the chair till evening. Urggh!!
But that's another story. Okay that's it!
